BDO processes payroll for every pay type, hourly wage, monthly salary, variable components and expense arrangements. The team handles registrations and settlements with AHV, IV, EO, unemployment insurance, accident insurance, sick pay insurance and occupational pensions, coordinates filings with the relevant funds, and prepares year-end salary certificates according to the current FTA template. Support with withholding tax declarations is available for international employees.

BDO also advises on structuring fringe benefits, expense regulations and pension plans. Integration into existing ERP systems or Abacus is possible; alternatively, BDO takes over the entire payroll function as a full outsourcing arrangement.
