OBT guides new companies from the first consultation through to ongoing operations. The formation team clarifies the tax and legal framework, drafts the articles of association for a GmbH or AG, coordinates the commercial register entry, and registers the new company with the AHV compensation fund, the tax administration, and, on request, the Federal Tax Administration. For formations in Zug, Schwyz or other tax-favorable cantons, OBT advises on the optimal choice of location.

After the formation phase, OBT sets up the bookkeeping in Abacus and supports the company through its first years of operation as a full fiduciary partner. The startup coaching also includes drafting business plans and financing models.
