BDO is one of the largest audit firms in Switzerland, with a decentralized network of more than 40 locations. That makes it possible to handle mandates for companies with multiple business sites across different cantons efficiently. The audit teams carry out ordinary audits for large and listed companies as well as limited audits for SMEs subject to audit requirements under Art. 727a of the Swiss Code of Obligations.

Alongside the legally mandated audits, BDO offers special audits in cases of suspected irregularities, formation audits and capital increase audits. For NPOs and foundations, BDO carries out audited annual financial statements to the requirements of the supervisory authorities and Swiss GAAP FER 21.
