Karpeo

Karpeo is a Geneva fiduciary firm founded in 2018, based on Route de Chêne in the Eaux-Vives district. It serves SMEs, freelancers, company founders and cross-border commuters across French-speaking Switzerland. The firm is run by Romain Prieur, a certified accounting expert and EXPERTsuisse member, together with Sarah Prieur, who specializes in VAT, tax and payroll; both previously worked as auditors at PwC.

The services include bookkeeping with real-time dashboards and annual financial statements, cantonal and federal tax returns, VAT filings, payroll administration with BVG and UVG reporting, and company formation with domiciliation. On top of that comes an outsourced finance director service covering budgeting and financial reporting, plus catching up on backlogged bookkeeping. Content is available in French.
