T+R advises founders in the canton of Bern on all the formal steps needed to set up a GmbH or an AG. The team drafts the statutes, accompanies the notarization, and registers the new company with the commercial register, the Bern tax administration, and the relevant social insurance bodies.

After launch, T+R takes on bookkeeping, payroll processing and tax advice as a full mandate on request. The practice has been active in the Bern region for over 60 years and knows the cantonal tax administration and commercial register practice well.
