Balmer-Etienne audits annual financial statements for SMEs and non-profit organizations across central Switzerland. The audit team carries out limited audits for SMEs subject to audit requirements under Art. 727a of the Swiss Code of Obligations, and complements this with ordinary audits for larger companies. For foundations and associations, the practice knows the specific requirements of the supervisory authorities and the foundation oversight body of the canton of Lucerne.

Special audits for restructurings, mergers under the Merger Act and in cases of suspected irregularities are also carried out. Balmer-Etienne is recognized as an EXPERTsuisse Certified Company and has been active in the region since 1940.
