Gewerbe-Treuhand handles limited statutory audits for SMEs that are required to be audited under Art. 727a OR but do not meet the conditions for an ordinary audit. The audit team issues a legally compliant audit report and gives recommendations for improving the internal control system. The mandate is run independently of the client's bookkeeping.

For incorporations involving contributions in kind and for capital increases, the firm carries out the required incorporation audits and audit reports under the Code of Obligations.
